We faced the strongest wind from North – up to 35 miles an hour yesterday morning after we left Ios. We had planned for 8 hours of sailing For a guy who has never sailed this much before it was too much to take, but I feel this was the best day of our sailing.
We anchored in Psathi Bay at Kimolos. This is a place with nothing much and in the middle of no where. We traveled to the small town for provisions (wine, breads, etc.) and the captured some of the experiences from Greek Country Living. The place where we are anchored (as I type) is amazing with waters so clear that you can see the bottom under 30 feets. The coast line is all stones and add to the beauty. Some of the shots I have taken will show the sailing experience, colors, landscape, water, sunset, sun rise and life around us.
Enjoy.
